ALL IMPERIAL, HIGH ABV BEERS
ESTABLISHED IN 2015
Long before the company was established, the original Founder Paul Wengender was working with friends and family on hobby recipes for higher ABV styles that maintained flavor balance and drinkability. In 2015, GG was formed with its imperial mission- specializing in these styles. Today, JT Ethier and Pat Fahey carry on the vision.
SPECIALIZED PROCESSES & PREMIUM INGREDIENTS
Our recipes are crafted to deliver the ABV with a smooth, balanced flavor. We use premium hand-selected ingredients, including hops from Oregon all the way to New Zealand. Our specialized recipes & high-quality ingredients come together with our slow-brew process to result in smooth beers that are layered with bold flavor. And because we specialize in these high-ABV beers, we’re able to push the envelope on what an imperial beer can be.
ACTS OF GREATER GOOD
In addition to brewing bigger, bolder beers, we take pride in having a bigger, bolder impact on our community through our Acts of Greater Good initiative. Each month we support a local non-profit by showcasing them in our taproom & online and providing them a donation from proceeds off our taproom sales. These non-profits are champions of causes that are critical to our community and it’s a honor to help them do the Greater Good each day.
THE MOOSE
And finally, we’re often asked why we chose the moose skull for our logo. The moose is America’s largest land animal, known for its size, strength, and fearlessness. We felt those were the perfect qualities to highlight our big beers and our bold vision for being America’s all imperial brewing company.
